“Nathanial is our usual service guy and always does a wonderful job! He is punctual, friendly, thorough and always explains exactly what he’s going to do and after, exactly what he found/did. For almost 2 years we haven’t seen a bug in our house! Yesterday I noticed some ants were sneaking in through a window so I called just before 5pm and they happily scheduled an appointment first thing this morning between 9-9:30. Nick was punctual, 9am on the dot, friendly, thorough, he told me what he’d be doing and after told me what he’d noticed and what he did to remedy the issue. He took care of the problem window, both inside and out, checked the other bottom floor windows as well and a couple other areas just to make sure we didn’t have any issues elsewhere. He checked our garage traps (all good) and walked the entire yard spraying anything suspicious (ant hills, spider webs etc). I highly recommend Clear Defense Pest Control (we’re in Winston Salem)! We have been very pleased with them and even more so now for fitting us in for an “ant emergency” (I hate bugs so much!!!).”
