Whether its roaches, fleas, ants or anything else we might see he is on top of it. I am also in the real estate business and have had excellent service whenever I need a CL100 report on a property. Steve is prompt and a man of his word. If he says he is going to be there, he is there or he will call if running late. A+ Give them a try.”

“This pest company deals with pest issues at my apartment complex. For 5 months now I have had squirrels living in the roof of my apartment. I have been reassured by the property manager & Steve Perryman (the owner of this company) that it is being taken care of, but there has been no forward progress for 5 months. I understand there is no “quick fix,” but 5 months is entirely too long for a company that considers themselves professional to not make any progress on removing squirrels habituating in a roof. I have been told that this issue would be resolved swiftly & it still persists. I am not allowed to hire outside exterminators for this complex, but if I could, I would not choose this company. There is no communication & no solid plan of action.”
