“Called and spoke to a very nice lady who said she would get a technician to call me back. 4-5 hours later I got a call back. Spoke with the technician, he seemed really friendly and took his time listening to my pest control concerns. Made an appointment and he never showed up or tried to call me. A got a call later from the nice lady I called to begin to make sure I was contacted by a technician. I told her what happened. She apologized for the situation. I told her I was going with another company which I will not name here. My time was wasted and you get one chance to make a good impression with me. Everyone I have spoken to about ChemX has been positive. Normally, I'd have left one star. Them being friendly on the phone warrants one extra star. As far as their actual work, friends who have used their service have been pleased. The next company I contacted had a rep on the phone with me in 5 minutes and was at my house after the phone call in 25 minutes. That's how you run a business.”
