“We just fired Charter Pest Control from our two properties after two years for a monthly visit. In the past year we have been overrun with ants and other various bugs. I have a camera security system that alerts me when the gardener is there and even when a cat come around at night but never caught Lance, Charters technician. We questioned earlier in the year if they were coming at all because the bugs had gotten worse. Pam the manager insisted that he was coming because he should have been leaving a door hanger and yard sign. Guess what! No signs or hangers ever. My wife called back last week to discuss our bug problem with Pam who said Lance said he was leaving his door hangers and signs. I work from home at my house and my mother is retired at the other house so we are always home but we never saw them. My wife hired Orkin and called Pam who had no reaction to our discontinuing of their sevice. So much for supporting a local business.”
