“We heard scurrying noises overhead, coming from our attic, and we knew we had an unwanted visitor in our home. We called our exterminator, but they do not deal with 'wildlife' and couldn't give me a referral because the last person they recommended did not work out. My neighbor suggested we try Champions Pest Control. They were able to send their wildlife specialist out quickly. He correctly diagnosed the problem as squirrels and found the way they were getting in. He told us every step of what he planned to do and gave us some extra options. We knew what the cost was going to be and he said that their work was warrantied. So, we paid the 1st payment and Brett did the first segment of the work needed. When he returned a couple of days later, there was a squirrel in the cage he set out. He set out another one, just in case there were more and he repaired the areas around our house where it looked like they were getting in. We made an appointment for him to come back in a couple of days and check the cage again. Our case was a bit complicated because we continued to have a problem. Apparently, when the squirrels came back to find their way in was now blocked, one of them dug his way in thru a tiny, rotted spot in the fascia board. We called the Pest Control company and they sent Brett back out as soon as he was free, a day before the planned appointment. He told us not to worry, that's why their work is warrantied. They would stay with us until the job is finished and done right. By the time it was all over with, he'd had to make several trips, do a little extra work to secure the outside and get a bit creative to find that squirrel. In the end, three of them were caught. And our house is pretty much back to normal again. We recommend Champions Pest Control because their work is great. The office personnel were always available to answer the phone and accurately tell us when their technician would be out. He was always punctual and polite as well as knowledgeable about what the options were and what to recommend for us. Even when things got complicated they stuck with it and took care of everything. And the balance we paid was what we expected. So, they honored the warranty. In fact, on the last day we learned it's good for a year - so if we have any more problems, they are included in the price we've already paid. We also will have the option to renew the warranty for next year. We are very satisfied customers and wanted to write this review to hopefully help others who might have a similar problem.”
