“Showed up 15 mins early at 7:45 am. I greeted them at the garage as I was trying to prepare the family and pets for the scheduled visit between 8&10. The two techs didn't introduce themselves or greet me in any way. I had them wait in the garage as I prepared my home, which had family from out of town as well. I let them in at 7:50 am. Still no info on what they needed to do, just a look of aggrivation and frustration, which was apparent to each person in my home. Anyway, after clearing the rooms of people and pets they began walking around spraying. One tech looked in one outlet in the kitchen. Before I knew it the sprayer was outside dropping granules and the other was ready to take my money. I again had to ask for information on what was being done and the product used. It took 5 mins to treat the home ( yearly treatment) and few minutes to take my money. They left without a thank you. My boy came to me and explained to me that as I was rushing around the house to wake people to get out of the rooms to be treated, he heard one tech ask the other "what are we doing?" To which the other replied " I don't know; waiting on him." My father in law recommended this company because they were informative, thorough, and nice; they also treated every area of their home including looking inside each outlet. They addressed them by name and and even said goodbye. These techs did none of that and for that I don't want this company on my property and my father in law, who has used this company for a while now and gets the same yearly treatment, is doing the same. So thumbs down for this company thanks to these rude techs. Time to try someone else.”
