“While expensive, it is worth every penny. I have not had a rodent, insect, or any other critter issue since I began using them. They are prompt, courteous, respectful and professional. They call ahead of each appointment, and their blocks of time are one to two hours - certainly able to be done on a lunch hour, and at times, they don't even need to enter the house. I will never use anyone else. Fantastic”

“I could not be more disappointed the the administration at Catseye. The actual techs that came to the house were wonderful, but working with the administration has been a nightmare. First they told me that they would trap until repairs were done - multiple times I was told that someone was coming to reset traps and no one came. At one point they waited 2 weeks to come back to reset traps and animals started getting into the walls again right as they sealed up the house. I was also told it would be a 2 week wait to have the house sealed and it was a 4 week wait. I've also hired them to install new Bilco storm doors and it took 4 calls to the office just to see what color choices they had, even though they had went ahead and ordered them anyway. The worst part of all this is that I had to call them each and every time; there has no been no communication from their end. What put me over the edge to write this review is that they said they would charge my card when they were done with the repairs, and they actually charged it today. I was informed today that they were "a couple weeks out" from having the Bilco doors installed, yet they charged my credit card today, without my permission to have held onto the card number in the first place, and with no notice that the rest of the payment would be charged today. When I called to ask them to cancel it, as this particular card is linked to my checking account and Catseye is by no means cheap, they could do nothing about it. Catseye is by far the most expensive in the area and I chose their company anyway thinking that I would be getting a premiere service, but this is not the case. Has the "pest control" part worked so far? Yes. Was it worth the aggravation? Absolutely not. My fingers are crossed that the remaining time dealing with them is better than my experience so far.”

“Catseye worked a miracle in our 1789 house, which had become infested with squirrels. I was astonished at the job Catseye managed to do, because often during the day the squirrels in the walls sounded as if they were busily bowling with the walnuts they collect in our yard. We had tried all sorts of services, but the people from Catseye were courteous and extremely professional, and they are very easy to work with. My husband and I work at home as writers, and we were not even disturbed by the presence of the very amiable Catseye personnel! Many thanks!”
