“I cannot praise Don and his team at Cascade Pest Control.They came to our rescue,and helped us overcome a horrible rat problem,due to the incompetence of another company we previously hired.The difference between the companies was night & day.Cascade's technicians found the entry points within the first hour of a full inspection of our home.The Manager Don even came by to meet me in person,which meant' a lot to me.Cascade truly cared and understood how to handle our horrible situation.The service felt very personable.We had some large rats die in the sub floors of our home,causing a smell that was just unbearable.They went right to work,and stayed late in the evening each day to resolve the problem as quickly as they could.We had to demo the entire living room ceiling,in order for them access to extract the rats and install new insulation.They sealed up all of the entry points.We have been with Cascade ever since,and nine months later,no rats in our home.
