“I've never had a problem with your company before but yesterday's appointment did not went well. The technician Victor Hernandez was late, came with a bad attitude and refused to exterminate all the inside of the house and only exterminate where I supposedly had the problems (Kitchen and Bathrooms). Also got insulted for having food in my counter stating that was the problem because of my food. this is the second time within a period of 3 weeks that you all come out to my house and tell me why the problem has not been solved. Worst experience I had, I being doing business with you for the past 2 years and never had a problem and the technicians were very courteous. I can say one thing that I am not doing business with this company anymore.”

“I requested a tech to come out on Friday before 4 pm... I received a phone call stating that a tech would be here between 4-5pm- which of course made me upset- but figured I would see what happens. I missed Cantu tech David's called around 1pm, but he sent a text saying sorry he missed us. I called him back ASAP and explained that I was told someone would be at my house around 4pm and he explained how they scheduled me for 1 pm that day. I told him that I was less than 10 minutes away. He said he had just driven off and was only 5 minutes away, so he would be happy to come back and wait for me. David was AWESOME! The fact that he came back after he already drove away, definitely set the tone for me! He was professional and personable and laughed when I asked that he not judge my home/bathrooms since I had not cleaned up the way I normally would. Definitely giving Cantu, and especially David, a big thumbs up!”
