“I'm a Yonkers, NY resident. I called the 877 phone number on the web site, I believe it was either on a Thursday or a Friday. A gentleman answered. I told him that I was looking for an exterminator company to do business with. We made an appointment for the next Monday for the hours between 9 and 11 AM. Well, Monday came along and they never showed up. I called the same number and went into voice mail on which I left a message. Since they did not reply I also called the 914 number and left another message. Additionally, I left a message on the web page via their "Chat with a C&E Pest Rep. End result, they NEVER showed up and NEVER responded to any of my messages. This is not the way to do business. If they were not interested on providing me with their services or were not able to make the appointment they should have the courtesy of advising me somehow. I will never ever do business with these people and would like to give them a minus rating but I can't since I have to click on a star to be able to post my comment.”
