“We did not have termites, but took advantage of their free inspection prior to purchasing a property (our loan company did not require an official report). The customer service was great! The woman answering the phone was knowledgeable and friendly. She squeezed us in for an appointment only a few days later. The inspector showed up promptly at the appointment time. He seemed quite experienced and was pleasant to talk to while waiting a few minutes for the current home owner to arrive. If we do ever have pests, I'm sure we'll try this company first! I can't vouch for their pest control effectiveness, as we did not need it, but if it's anything like their customer service, I have great expectations!”

“I called C W Pest Control in early April because I noticed a wasp's nest underneath a gutter above the second floor of the front of my house. Drew came to check it out. Upon further inspection, he noted that the nest was inactive and could simply be removed by a long stick or power washer without endangering anyone. Throughout the meeting, Drew was extremely professional, knowledgeable, cheerful, and cordial even though he had been stuck in very heavy traffic leaving DC to come to the suburbs. I would highly recommend this business for any pest problems.”
