Jay, took time to listen to my concerns and explain where things went wrong. He was also very reasonable in fixing the situation. In my opinion, he went above and beyond what was required to turn a dissatisfied customer into a lifetime supporter. As I said in my original comment, the service is wonderful, the technitions are very knowledgable and I have not seen a bug since Bulwark came out to my home. I would recommend them 100%”
