“Customer service leaves much to be desired!! Since this company serves all of the Glades Country Club, and we have 1200+ homes, you would think they would try to be more helpful. They are coming to my condo for the 4th time for the same problem. They rescheduled one of their visits on a Friday, and I had to live with the many sugar ants for additional days. I had asked them to call their tech to see if I could be sooner than later on the afternoon schedule if there were no other requests for an early PM visit. They did call the tech, however, stated they did not know when he would come. I asked for the owner, but was informed the owner does not take calls. The office manager was loaded with excuses, but was of no help. You would think since this is the fourth time for the same problem, they would want to be helpful. So much for thinking they could offer good customer service. Would I recommend them??? Certainly not!!!”

“Bugs Or US services my condo and does a great job. They maintain traps and spray regularly. When I see Ghost ants inside or Fire ants outside, one call and they come out the same day. Excellent technicians and very nice. They take the time to trace the Ghost ants to the point of entry and eliminate the problem.”
