“We had been hearing sporadic animal noises in our attic, but after a little bat got into the attic and made its way into our house, we gave Mike a call. He came out the same day (which I'm hugely grateful for) and did a thorough inspection inside and out. I was terrified we had a serious bat infestation, but he was able to reassure me that the bat was a one-off, though he did find evidence of nesting birds. He was able to seal all the gaps in our roof that were allowing the animals to get in, and we haven't heard a single animal noise since. He was prompt, professional and extremely nice.
