“I have been using them for several years for termites and pest control. I continue to have problems with ants and occasionally roaches. I called several months ago to cancel service. The receptionist said a manager would have to do it and took my name and number. Several weeks went by with no phonecall from manager. I called again, they said the same thing and took my name and number. Again several weeks have gone by and no phonecall from manager. I guess this is there way of doing customer retention. I have received three more monthly bills. Not only did they not cancel me they raised my monthly rate from 39 th 41 per month. Lousy service. Still have not received a call from their "manager".”
