“We have used this company for 3 years now. Until recently we have had no complaints, service has been great. Last week when our monthly service was scheduled we had a new person come out. He treated the property next door by accident. When he realized he was at the wrong place he came to our home. I guess he was behind schedule now so he only did the sides and front of the property. I called to ask for someone to come back out and do the back - the first lady was awesome (Janice). The next girl, (Jenna) told me that the tech DID do the back - she was loud, a little on the obnoxious side. I had to ask her if I could speak. When I advised them that I would rather not have that gentleman back, I was told, "Mark is your tech and will probably be back". It changed my mood during the conversation with this person. I was not upset originally and didn't want anyone in trouble, just wanted the service performed since I have seen some creepy crawlers the past couple of days. Her tone, and condescending manner made me feel as though she was calling me dishonest. What's one customer right.... A voice, that is what ONE customer is.”
