“I prepaid for one year of service and one year only. I had small black ants that were moving into the columns on my front porch so a technician came out. He was really nice and professional. He unfortunately had to come back several weeks later to redo the treatment because it didn't work. Everything was fine until before the next treatment. A different person came out. And then a different one after that. They treated the ants and this back and forth continued for a while, but not actually getting rid of the problem. I decided after a year of expensive treatments that didn't work I would not be continuing service with this company after my prepaid year was up. To my surprise a tech came out to continue treatment, which wasn't at all effective. I hadn't received notice in the mail about this. I have video footage of the ants only 2 weeks after the fact. Now they are trying to bill me for something that haven't been resolved in over a year and at least 5 or 6 treatments. The only star in this review is because their techs are usually really polite and professional.”
