“First contacted bug busters for bug control. Thay came gave estimate of 175.00 to get rid of bugs. They had to reschegule after i wated all day for them. They came second time and told me they sprayed house. Still finding bugs three days after I called them again. They returned phone call at approx 9:00pm and wanted to come next day. My wife and I got sick called to reschuled appointment earley am. We were informed that a reschule fee of 75.00 would apply. We continued appointment due to the fact we live on fixed income. They came and left in 5min. 75.00 charge. We called them back because we were still seeing bugs. They were rude with my wife telling her house was clutterd wich they asked us to remove all items from cabnets. Where did they think we should put these items. They then told it would take adisional four pluss to get red of bugs but no garentee. They informed that they even sprayed under the house. I know this is not true due to the fact I put tape on acess doors which wernt disturbed. All in all dont be suckered in on there scam. I should have looked at BBB complaints first and I would have found this out.”

“Signed up for a long term treatment plan in July of 2013. They did initial service and lost my paperwork. In September of 2014 they charged my card for the initial treatment and the long term plan. Disputed the charge for the long term plan since they never came out serviced my home after losing my paperwork and payment information. They keep passing me off and giving me the run-around. There are better alternatives in the area. Don't trust a guy named JC.”
