“They sent some kid who didn't seem to know what he was doing. He needed me to point out every wasp nest, and forgot to knock one of them down after spraying. The spray they use should have kept my yard clear of stinging insects for the entire summer. They guarantee this and say they'll come out and remove any nests that show up after spraying. Days after they sprayed I started seeing carpenter bees, and after calling Bug Busters I was informed that carpenter bees are a different service. They told me they're "probably not going to nest because of the spray," and I should keep an eye out for holes. Now not only do I have carpenter bees, judging from the wood shavings on my deck, but the wasps are back. Bug Buster's service is completely useless and I recommend you avoid them.”
