She said they didn't have a spray they would work, unless it touched the flies directly. So we will try the home remedy. “Awful costumer service! We had them come out to our building which consists of 13 units. They came first to lay traps and poison and then again for a follow up. Not one unit saw improvement even after them coming two times. We are all still seeing mice. When we called to inquire what they could do the and if they could come back out the woman on the phone was so rude. She had no desire to even discuss a compromise to the situation and was quick to get off the phone. Other owners called and she was extremely rude to them as well.”
