“Responding to concerned citizen and former customer of Blue Ridge. At these times it is very difficult to support companies and role models because it is a reflection on your values. I was very shocked to see these negative reviews and did some homework. Unfortunately based on my research by talking to other pest companies and pest technicians that has had close ties to the owner and affiliates in the past were very shocking. It seems like he has a great natural personality because I met the owner and spoken to him many times and have had him in my home for sprays. Its sadden to say he has many skeletons in his closet and thinks very little of his customers behind closed doors. He barely pays any of his employees and that's why there his a high employee turn around ratio. Many pest technicians says he has an addiction problem to alcohol and drugs causing personal problems to family and friends. There has been assault allegations from many individuals. So I have taken my business else where. I cant support a company on immoral values based on price gouging, verbal assaults, mistreatment of employees, and doesn't even believe in equal women rights because there are accusations he has hit his last ex-gf.”
