“I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday morning a few weeks ago. The technician never showed and never called. I emptied all of my cabinets to be treated for roaches and had to put it all back. I called 10 times but no one answers phones on the weekends. On Monday someone called and said they had no excuse and that the technician just didn't show. They offered me the service at 50% off. I rescheduled for today and again no call no show. Thank goodness I didn't empty my cabinets again. This company is a joke. I wouldn't have them come do my house even if they offered it for free.”
