“Worst experience with an inspector I've ever had. Lied about problems in attic space when there were no attic space, all cathedral ceilings. Also made comments about items that he had obviously no experience with. Would not return my calls after I left at least 5 calls and messages. Do not use this man no experience in construction. Was told by numerous realtors that he compromised home sales because of his lack of experience and lies about pest control to get more work from homeowner. The only reason I selected 1 star is because it would not let me post without selecting one.”

“Just had a home inspection done by Terry Best and he did a great job. He was very thorough and informative during the inspection. He gave suggestions and told us what to look for. His inspections reports are easy to read/understand, and with great quality photos. We used Terry for our second home inspection as the first home didn't work out. ( Terry exposed problems with that home so we didn't persue) Second time was just as pleasant.”
