“Called Tuesday morning early for an inspection. Had see a roof rat in the house! After being on hold for 15 minutes, it was determined that the earliest they could inspect was Friday. We wanted faster service but thought they had a good reputation, so agreed. Lost sleep worrying about the rat. Heard nothing all day Friday until 5:30 pm (nearly dark) with the inspector still at least 30 minutes away. I had to ask him not to come. As much as we needed service, I knew a good attic inspection could not occur after dark, even though he claimed to have a powerful flashlight and that he did inspections after dark on a regular basis. Very annoyed with and disappointed in Berrett, to say the least! Will not use or recommend in the future!”
