“This is a really great company. I like to support local businesses, so rather than call one of the big chains, I searched for something owned and operated in or around Denver, and landed on these guys. The week before I moved in with my boyfriend, I made up my mind that there was no way I could sleep in his house until I had it de-spidered. I called Beeline and the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful, getting me an appointment the next day and taking my credit card over the phone. I was very happy with the price I paid, too. Very reasonable. You are quoted a two hour window during which the technician will come out, and mine, Mauricio, arrived right in the middle of it and got to work promptly. The actual treatment probably took about 20 minutes from when he rang the doorbell to when I was signing the final paperwork. The work is guaranteed for 30 days after the treatment, but they say to give 7-10 days for the chemicals to work, at least the ones they use for spiders. When I saw a couple of spiders in the days after 7 but before 10, I called, and the receptionist was, as always, very friendly and informative. She said to wait until I had hit the 10 day mark, and if I still saw any live spiders, to call back and they would re-treat our home. So, great price, great service, and great employees. The perfect trifecta!”

“Beeline Pest Control is the best pest control service I have used in 15-years! I was pretty concerned (freaking out - a little), and it finally occurred to me that there must be some pest control (I am from South Florida - Ft. Laud. and there are huge bugs of all types, so I always had an exterminator - which allowed me to live without fear for many years) service. Initially, Beeline came out (about 1 month to 6 weeks ago,) performed their spraying service for those disgusting Miller Moths. I am phobic regarding anything larger than a fly, flying at me, especially my head. Last year was pretty bad as far as amount & duration of migration, however, my wonderful father-in-law happened to mention that this year could be worse! After the spray, it was a few weeks before we saw any (Miller Moths) and then it was 1 or 2 in a day. We live in a very large house and Beeline did warn that they may return. In the last few days, the number was increasing daily and I was, again, living in fear of that certain time of day/evening, when they seem to be most prevalent. Two days ago, one came at me, in the middle of the afternoon! as if it knew I was afraid and wanted to taunt me. I contacted Beeline, spoke to a lovely young woman whose name I just forgot. She was very professional, she seemed interested in my situation and my fear. Beeline came out either the next day or the day after that. The service was not intrusive in any way. They were thorough, polite, and ontime. In the last 2-weeks or so, just as I suspected (and Beeline warned of the possibility) we would see 1 or 2. Then, each day, (approx.) we began to see more and more. I contacted Beeline. Their policy is that if you see moths within (30) days of their spray, they will come back at no charge. Well, it was definitely over the (30) days and, again, the very nice young woman I spoke to said that: It's close enough.(words to that effect), and that they would come back at no charge! Gabriel, an employee of Beeline), arrived on time, had a very professional attitude AND seemed truly concerned about my fears, about how he could keep as many out as possible, listened to my concerns, walked around parts of the house with me so I could show him my biggest concerns, and was an absolute doll! Beeline is fortunate to have an employee such as Gabriel. I told Gabriel that I was going to call Beeline and tell them how impressed I was with his service, his demeanor, his positives attitude, his "can do" attitude, and that he went about doing his job efficiently, yet also taking the time to address my areas of my concern. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with both Beeline Pest Control (Thornton), and with Beeline's employee, Gabriel. Thank you very much for all that you did - to Beeline & to Gabriel.
