“Do not Use these guys.. They might offer a competitive rate and make all the promises upfront but DO NOT deliver them. Giving all that Family owned crap.. If you are so proud of that then why are you not keeping that legacy. My building was under construction and the gentleman, I guess he is the owner he showed up made all the promises that after the completion of major renovations they will install the bait stations and will service them. After the renovations were complete they installed and missed to service them. When I called and they totally lied about servicing them. I am at my business property all the time and know what happens here.. so don't give that B/S. Furthermore due to some landscaping work I had to remove the bait stations for termites and reinstall them. When I called to have them reinstalled which was initially discussed by the owner and he knew about it. They refused to do it because I had only to days left for my contract.. the lady on the phone said we will install them only if you pay us for another contract and pay right now over the phone for next year all in advance. They only want to make money and doesn't not care about needs of the customer. And its not something which was exceptional I needed from them. Everything was discussed but they did not care, and never admited this..”
