“Complete rip off, charges $1000 per visit to pretend to spray poison for 5 minutes, I'm sure this ensures returning business. They have been to my apartment 6 times now to "eradicate" a bedbug issue caused by neighbors in the same apartment building and the problem has not gotten any better whatsoever, store bought spray does a much better job, everyone save your hard earned money for something that actually works.”
