“We hired The Bug Man to come and spray for bees at our home in May of 2012 and they ended up damaging the siding on our home. When we called to try to come to some sort of resolution the owner, Don, was completely unprofessional. He began swearing, completely unprovoked, and said a series of things (including that our house was 'sh*tty'. What was interesting is that he said these things without ever having seen our house or any pictures/descriptions of the damage that was done to it. To add insult to injury the spray itself didn't work. We still have wasp nests and carpenter bees. We are now stuck with having paid for a service that didn't work as well as paying a contractor to come and repair the damage to our home. We have a complaint in with the Better Business Bureau but you will notice that they aren't listed with them. I would stay far far away from this company. It has been a nightmare.”
