“I called and scheduled an appt. They gave me a date and time, said to have cupboards cleaned out and animals and people had to leave for 3 hours. I made plans for all this, even asked them to email me a detailed sheet of everything I needed for preparation and pay. Well, the day came and there is absolutely no record of even our conversation. All I have gotten from them was a skimpy email that barely explained the details and pricing. After the time and energy and money that it took preparing for them to come out, I am completely bothered by this whole experience.
