“I would not recommend this company. They gave me an appointment right away, and collected our $430 for an ant problem. I had to call over and over and over again to try and get them to come back when the problem was worse than ever. I don't know about you, but I have a full time job also, and don't have time to spend making all these phone calls and setting up appointments. and then waiting all day and they don't show up, or lie and say they came and no one was there. I am not a fighter or a complainer. This was extremely frustrating. I got nothing for $430. I asked to speak to the owner and I never got a call back. There was absolutely no recourse. The service guy Lou told me that I had "negative energy" and to call another company, that he didn't want to come to my house. Just outrageous. So I got another company for a similar price. They come once a month for a year, or any time I need them to come, no questions asked. They came two times so far and I have not seen any thing again. Using AVP was a $430 mistake.”
