“For three years in a row I used Archer for ants in our house. This year I used them for the third and last time. Nine days later there were ants. Due to a trip out of town I delayed calling Archer until 20 days after their work at our house. My call was not returned for a couple of days, then I was told that the person I was talking to could not make a decision whether they would stand behind their work, she would check with her manager and get back to me. Another week went by, I received no call and therefore I called to find out the manager's decision, which was that we were due for another spray anyway! They would charge for coming. I rate their service as poor because they were very slow to respond to my calls and ultimately did not stand behind their work.”

“What customer service. They scheduled with me for a friday at 2pm and showed up on a tuesday at noon. I told them when we scheduled that I got off of work at 2, yet they proceeded to call me 4 times while I was at work to let me know they were in front of my house and needed to move the appt earlier (on a day that wasn't our scheduled appt). I called when I got out of work and was told there must have been a mix up with the date/time. Then the real time of the appt comes around and no one showed up. I called and the receptionist there tells me I was a no show for my appt and they were "too busy to make mistakes" she said she could not locate my paperwork and she would look into it then hung up on me.”
