“This company did the termite inspection of my home. They admitted later that they did not actually look under the home (where you find subterranean termites) because it was 'uncomfortable.' I had to spend THOUSANDS of dollars fixing the damage that was clearly visible to the eye when you poke your head into the crawlspace. Not only that, there was a giant pile of decaying wood right next to the house filled with termite damage and evidence. Three companies came out to do a termite inspection in one week and each company immediately agreed that there was clear and ample obvious evidence of recent termite activity and that the home clearly needs treatment. This was less than three months after I moved and had a "clear report" from Triple S. Triple S then refused to do ANYTHING AT ALL to remediate this, even after seeing all of the photos of termite tubes reaching the ground, fresh termite colonies, - that I had taken with my iphone from the crawlspace, which they pretended was "inaccessible," because they were lazy. They wouldn't so much as pay for a treatment. I had to sister EIGHT joists, the floorboards were so rotted through I could step through them, and I weigh 100 lbs. Please, if you are purchasing a home and sellers use this company, GET A SECOND OPINION! A FREE termite report from major companies could end up saving you thousands over if you trust this unethical company. Please, please don't trust your home with this company.”
