“Sleep Tight Pest Solutions provided services that were topnotch, while going above and beyond expectations not only ensure we get rid of the spiders and ants that seem to think that our house is theirs, but also made sure that our animals and our son were safe from any harm. Ryan took the time to explain to us what chemicals he would be using and how they work, confirm that we were comfortable with them, and let us know that he would make sure not to use anything that we were uncomfortable with. Not only did he take his time explaining the process and answering any questions we had, he thouroughly expained safey procedures for during and after treatment that not only addressed safety for ourselves and our son, but even for our dogs and our bearded dragon! Ryan ws quick and efficient, but remained patient with all of our questions, never rushing or seeming "annoyed" with us (which was a huge problem with our previous pest control sercvice. To top it off, he even called to let us know that an adequate amount of time had passed to allow the animals and ourselves reentry. Not often do you see the owner of a company providing the service themselves, and you almost never hear about one calling to check up on you and ensure that all of your concerns have been addressed.
