I was provided with affordable options and service plans. 10/10 would recommend. Ed came out and handled 4 bees nests in my yard and advised me that he will return in 14 days to respray in order to continue the bee management. “On 11/16/18 I had the owner of the company Ed Whiteside come to my family’s residence for an issue with mice in my basement. I signed a 3 month contract paid for the full service upfront and was told to call after 14 days to make a re- bait appointment. I made a total of three appointments to rebait for the mice food And was able to get three allotments which they missed all after taking time off work to be there and patience I explained after the first appointment that I was not happy so they continued to give me another appointment and make excuses. I finally was fed up and sent Ed a text message that I wanted to receive my money back and all he did was insist I call the office. Prior to speaking with him I spoke with his secretary through both text and on the phone with the same number that Ed was telling me was his personal phone. Please be careful when using this company I as a veteran myself and a customer do not recommend.”
