“Please look elsewhere if you are in need of wildlife exclusion. We hired this company to exclude bats from our home. After an inspection, we were told the company would guarantee our home. After the "exclusion" two bats found their way into our bedroom and bathroom, even though we were repeatedly told there was "no way" this could happen. It was a complete nightmare. Months later, bats made their way into our shutter. Mike went back on his word, and would not help us. Additionally, they used a foam (not a concrete) to repair the soffit, which can lead to problems in the future. We will be taking action to correct this but will have to hire another company to correct these issues.”
