“5+ STARS! Customer service goes a long way! I found what I was sure to be a bed bug. I spent my Friday evening stripping and washing all the bedding, bagging EVERYTHING up, vacuuming, panicking about the ensuing nightmare and cost of dealing with such an ordeal. In the process I found them on Yelp. I went on their website between loads of laundry and sent a picture of the suspicious bug at 12:49am. I had an email and phone call less then 1.5 hours later telling me it was NOT in fact a bed bug. Hallelujah! I didn't expect a response until they opened for business the following day. The call was VERY much welcomed even at that hour (I was still up doing laundry). I will sleep much better tonight knowing I am bed bug free.
