“The company claimed to be using "safe and organic" pesticides. After the first application failed, I called them out to reapply as part of the guarantee. 4 days later, new wasp nest and I called again asking for a refund, they denied it and offered to spray again. Reluctantly I agreed. Upon arrival the employee informs me that they shouldn't spray near my gardens because it is unsafe for flowers and vegetables. I freaked because I asked before the initial application because I have an organic garden. I ripped the label off of their pesticide and took photos of the ingredients and warnings. Interesting enough the chemicals used don't match what is on my invoice. I refused to allow them to apply a 3rd time, and demanded a refund. The employee called the owner, he told the employee to drive out of my driveway and to not render or honor their guarantee. I immediately contacted legal counsel and informed them of my phone call. They decided to refund my purchase, but only by mail. I told them I don't trust their company and needed cash today. The employee realizing how serious I am, realized it would be a good idea to give me my money back. He went to a local bank and gave me cash. I would not recommend this company at all. The owner is not receptive, the first employee was a liar, the second employee was rude and incompetent. The third employee who received the brunt of my frustration was the most professional of everyone at the company that I spoke with and I feel bad he had to receive my frustration. Unless you are of significant means, and like headaches and cancer and prepared to become litigious do not use this company. Absolutely pitiful. Btw, they informed me they fired the employee who initially lied to me about the organic nature of the solution they use. Look up the main ingredient in their pesticide it is not safe at all.
