“I called in early April to have my old house treated for ants prior to the warm weather days of late Spring and Summer. I was told that they don't spray until there are a few consecutive days of a certain temperature that makes the treatment more potent and likely to last throughout the warm months. The day before they arrived to treat the house they gave me a curtesy call to remind me. They arrived promptly and surveyed the entire outside of the home and hot spots within the home. The gentleman working asked me pointed questions about where the ants usually are, when they usually come in, and also had some tips in general as he has been doing this type of service for years. He was efficient, helpful, and thorough. The service was a bit expensive but it included respraying later in the Summer and had a warranty in case I need more treatments. It's been warm and wet so far and despite that we haven't seen any ants in the house. All in all, fair value for an outcome that was advertised.”
