It was frightening and we really didn't know what to do or how to do it. We called Wally. He showed up on time and did a complete inspection from the roof, attic, crawlspace, interior, exterior and went above and beyond in educating us our little (or should I say HUGE) rat problem. He was very honest about the costs and strategy to eliminate the problem. Ultimately, we hired Wally to do a complete crawlspace clean-out/rehab and set bait traps. He removed 13 dead rats from under our house and we were able to locate a few points of entry to stop them from re-entering the home. Wally has set us up on a quarterly maintenance to replenish the bate traps and check out the status of the issue so that we will never find ourselves back in that terrible situation. Wally went above and beyond to take care of us. We highly recommend him.”
