“Our office called to schedule an estimate for pest control services. I was given a date and time, between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. I left the office about 5:18 p.m. after no show and no call. Our answering service received a call at 7:00 p.m. and after he asked the service what time we closed, which is usually 4:30 p.m. and she advised him of such, he left a message stating only, "I did not know you closed at 4:30 you will need to reschedule and then hung up without even leaving a return number. (he called from the parking lot he did not get to the office until 7:00 p.m.) The following day someone from the ABC Pest called apologizing for the prior days events and advised the owner would come out himself and do the inspection that day. She said I will call you right back with a time. THEY HAVE NEVER CALLED BACK!!! Needless to say we have already found a new company and already had our office taken care of, but I think it needs to be known how unprofessional this company is.”
