“My first appointment went well and I was impressed with the company, but each consecutive time I've scheduled has been quite awful. There was a monsoon that rained us out (not A-OKs fault, of course) so we rescheduled for the following weekend from 12-2. I got a call at 1:55 saying they wouldn't be able to come today because their car broke down. I anticipate that they knew prior to 1:55 that they would have to cancel and/or be late, I would've appreciated an immediate notification to plan my day. Then it took two weeks to reschedule and they just didn't show up on the following reschedule. I called the next business day to inquire and the representative who answered the phone casually mentioned that they tried to get a hold of me but my phone has been disconnected (it hadn't) and all but accused me of not paying my phone bill. She told me the car had been broken down (again) but offered no apology. I then inquired about termite pre-treatment for a shed I'm building and she was extremely accusatory and dismissive about what i would even think that's a good idea. The technicians have been awesome though, very knowledgeable and respectful, hopefully no one has to use the customer service more than necessary because the lady is pretty nasty.”
