“Wow! I'm speechless at the service. I called to question an observation summary I received via email which suggested "activity". The female who answered the phone (Jennifer Valence?) was beyond words ignorant. Hollering, "I don't know why you received that...our customer do not receive them". She refused to discuss the email and refused to put anyone else on the phone. She also suggested she was the owner....which I find very hard to believe considering how she spoke. (Clueless to customer service). I will not be renewing my service with them!”

“Very disappointed with this company - I’ve had the same discussion with this company three times now - they are to call before coming out for an appointment and I am paying for the inside as well as the outside of my home. Basically the just shove an invoice in my door and expect to be paid. I have no idea what work was done if any and Jennifer - who could use an attitude adjustment - refuses to cooperate in any way. The reviews for this company are awful- how are they still in business? I will be looking for another service.”
