One by the name of Mike will not respond half the time and the other named Billy goes into towns he does not belong in. they have both been reported to their boss on several occasions and nothing is done. “I did not have an ant problem last summer, and this year, we do. I called A-Academy out to take care of the problem. The young man that came out sprayed, telling me the problem might get better, or it might get worse. When I asked if the chemicals he'd be spraying were safe for kids & pets to be around, he said, "Of course, they're all natural. Except for the main ingredient." He kept telling me to wait a month before calling them back out, because then it would be past the warranty period, and I'd have to pay again. After seeing little change, I called them to come out again two weeks later. This time, the same young man power sprayed the outside, telling me that was something they just started doing after he'd been to my house last time, and that if customers don't follow him around, he just sprays a little bit. I listened as he complained about another "picky" customer that insisted he spray "everywhere" in her basement - not very professional! I've tried calling my local location to speak to the owner, but the man answering the phone never knows if he'll be in (which he apparently never is) nor does he care why I'm calling. Someone at the 866 number offered to send the young man out again to spray, even though I've explained that what he's done to this point has had no effect whatsoever.”
